Delivery to your address is usually within 2/3 weeks of ordering. Your Barrel Sauna can be easily installed in few hours by 2 people, the front and back ends are shipped completely pre-assembled and the door is pre-hung all other sections are pre cut. If you would like your Sauna installed please contact us for a competitive price. The electric supply must be installed by a qualified electrician, you have the choice of either a 4.5kw or 6.0kw heater.

This high-quality Barrel Sauna was developed over thirty years ago. The pleasing barrel shape is both stylish and functional, providing maximum usable space while minimising excess cubic feet. The less cubic feet of air, the faster your room will heat. In addition, our Barrel Sauna maximises seating space by utilising opposing benches that run the full length of the room. The Barrel Sauna is ideal for either indoor or out in the garden environment.

Our Barrel Sauna is a barrel kit that comes to you partially assembled. Assembly can be accomplished in just a few hours and is very easy to do. The unit is mounted on 2/3 moulded polymer cradles depending on the size, these are impervious to breakdown by the elements, allowing you to place your Barrel Sauna right on the ground if you choose. There are also mounting holes moulded into the cradles allowing you to anchor the sauna to a deck or patio if you prefer a secure installation.

The craftsmanship of the Barrel is exquisite and incorporates traditional cooperage, or barrel-making construction, in its design. It is important that a sauna have high-quality timber in its construction. Rough timber can cause slivers and discomfort, and large knots can get hot and actually burn you in the hot environment. The wood of choice is Western Canadian Red Cedar because it is a soft-wood that provides minimal knots and beautiful colouring.

Additionally, red cedar has a very sweet aroma which is enhanced with the heat and hot steam. Craftsman hand select each piece of cedar for optimal use in the construction of the sauna and reject those boards which do not meet our high standards.
