Your Alps Spa or Cove Spa has been manufactured to the highest standards using industry leading products. The unit is warranted to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This is not transferred if you sell or transfer ownership of the product. Any replacement parts are only under warranty from the original date of purchase.
Shell** – 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty*
– The shell is warrantied against the loss of water through failure of the shell caused by defects in the materials. Similarly workmanship used in the manufacturing process for the warranty period. Spa shell surface damage or discoloration resulting from improper water chemistry, including, improper pH or hardness levels are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer provides a 1 year warranty against blistering, cracking and delamination of the shell surface. Furthermore the excessive use of sanitizer/chemicals will not be covered under the warranty.
Structure** – 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty*
– The structure of the hot tub is warrantied against complete failure caused by defects in the material. And/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process of the hot tub.
Cabinet** – 3 Year Manufacturers Warranty*

Controls – 2 Year Warranty*
– Control systems are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials. And/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
Pumps – 2 Year Warranty*
– Pumps are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials. And/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
Plumbing – 2 Year Warranty*
– Plumbing components are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials. Moreover workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
Auxiliary – 1 Year Warranty
– All audio equipment and hot tub thermal hard covers are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials. Also workmanship used during manufacture for 1 year from the date of purchase. Items such as (but not limited to) filters, headrests/pillows, light bulbs, and LEDs. Remote controls. Covers are warrantied to be free from defects at the time of delivery.

- The spas electrical hook-up has been made by anyone other than a licensed electrician.
- Damage caused by improper or incorrect electrical hook-up or by high or low voltage environments.
- Ground fault current interrupter (G.F.C.I.) nuisance tripping.
- Damage resulting from operating the spa at a water temperature outside the range of 32 degrees F to 104 degrees F for any reason.
- Spa shell surface damage or discoloration resulting from improper water chemistry. For example improper pH levels, the excessive use of sanitizers and any other chemical that may dissolve or remain undissolved on the spa shell. As well as the use of caustic cleaning solutions.
- Damage to all components including jets, pumps, valves, control circuits. Likewise any related component that comes in contact with water due to any type of improper chemical balance.
- Consequential damages of any kind including failure of any component part in the spa caused from frozen water damage.
Aquadream Spas – Warranty

Thereafter all warranty claims/issues should be reported firstly to “Leicester Hot Tub Hire Ltd” these will then be relayed to the relevant manufacturer for their consideration. All warranties are Manufacturers (i.e. Alps Spas, Aquadream Spas, Dream Spas, Viking Spas and Platinum Spas) Warranties not “Leicester Hot Tub Hire Ltd” warranties.
