Alps Spas – Warranty

Your Alps Spa has been manufactured to the highest standards using industry leading products. The unit is warranted to the original purchaser from the date of purchase this is not transferred if you sell or transfer ownership of the product. Any replacement parts are only under warranty from the original date of purchase.

  • 10 Year Warranty* – the shell is warrantied against the loss of water through failure of the shell caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for the warranty period. Spa shell surface damage or discoloration resulting from improper water chemistry, including, improper PH levels, the excessive use of sanitizer will not be covered under the warranty.
  • 10 Year Warranty* – the structure of the hot tub is warrantied against complete failure caused by defects in the material and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process of the hot tub.
  • 10 Year Warranty* – cabinet is warrantied not to split, crack, peel or splinter caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship employed during manufacture for the warranty period.
  • 2 Year Warranty* – control systems are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
  • 2 Year Warranty* – pumps are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
  • 2 Year Warranty* – plumbing components are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
  • 1 Year Warranty – all audio equipment and hot tub thermal hard covers are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used during manufacture for 1 year from the date of purchase. Items such as (but not limited to) filters, headrests/pillows, light bulbs, LEDs, remote controls and covers are warrantied to be free from defects at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

* All warranties are subject to an annual service/inspection (chargeable) and must be carried out by an authorised Alps Spas dealer/supplier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the service/inspection is carried out and up to date to ensure the warranty is valid.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  1. Alps Spas sold for use in a commercial application will only carry a 1 year warranty on all parts and labour.
  2. The spa has been subjected to any alterations, misuse, abuse, use of any type of salt generator, or any repairs that are attempted by anyone other than an Alps Spas authorized service representative.
  3. The spas electrical hook-up has been made by anyone other than a licensed electrician.
  4. Damage caused by improper or incorrect electrical hook-up or by high or low voltage environments.
  5. Ground fault current interrupter (G.F.C.I.) nuisance tripping.
  6. Damage resulting from operating the spa at a water temperature outside the range of 32 degrees F to 104 degrees F for any reason.
  7. Spa shell surface damage or discoloration resulting from improper water chemistry, including, improper PH levels, the excessive use of sanitizers and any other chemical that may dissolve or remain undissolved on the spa shell, as well as the use of caustic cleaning solutions
  8. Damage to all components including jets, pumps, valves, control circuits, and any related component that comes in contact with water due to any type of improper chemical balance.
  9. Consequential damages of any kind including failure of any component part in the spa caused from frozen water damage.

 

Aquadream Spas – Warranty

Your Aquadream Spa has been manufactured to the highest standards using industry leading products. The unit is warranted to the original purchaser from the date of purchase this is not transferred if you sell or transfer ownership of the product.
